聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎322例临床分析

目的：探讨聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法：选择门诊慢性宫颈炎患者628例，根据宫颈病变的程度，随机分为超声治疗组322例，红外光治疗组306例，观察两组的治疗效果及患者术后的副作用。结果：两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义，但超声治疗组不良反应少、并发症少，显著优于红外光治疗组。结论：聚焦超声能有效地治疗慢性宫颈炎，具有安全性高、副作用少的特点。

Clinical Analysis of Focused Ultrasound Treatment for 322 Patiens with Chronic Cervicitis

Objective： To analyze the effect of focnsed ultrasound therapy in chronic cervicitis clinical curative.Method： The 628 cases outpatient who treated of chronic cervicitis according to the degree of cervical lesions, were divided into two groups, which were treatment group 322cases of ultrasound, treatment group 306 cases of infrared ray, observation the therapeutic effect in the two groups and the side effects of postoperative.Result： The total efficiency of the two groups were no significant difference, but after the ultrasound treatment, adverse reaction and complications were less, and other indicators were significantly better than infrared treatment group.Conclusion： Focused ultrasound is effective in the treatment of chronic cervicitis, has the characteristics of high security and less side effects.
