急性心力衰竭患者院前急救措施探讨

目的：探讨对急性心力衰竭患者进行院前急救的措施及效果。方法：回顾性分析笔者所在医院急诊收治的52例急性心力衰竭患者的病例资料，所有患者均给予迅速建立静脉通道、吸氧、评估疾病等综合措施进行急救，并安全转运到医院进行急诊就治。结果：所有患者经综合措施急救后，50例（96．2％）患者救治成功，2例死亡，死亡率为3．8％。结论：采取综合有效的急救措施可有效降低患者的死亡率，保障患者的生命。

Discussion on Pre-hospital Care for Patients with Acute Heart Failure

Objective： To discuss pre-hospital care for patients with acute heart failure. Method： To retrospectively analyze the data of the 52 cases with acute heart failure treated in the hospital. All the patients were quickly given home venous channel, oxygen, the evaluation of the effects, and other comprehensive measures to conduct first aid, and transport to hospital safely for emergency treatment. Result： All patients were treated by comprehensive measures for first aid, fifty patients （ 96.2% ） were cured, 2 cases dead, and the death rate was 3.8%. Conclusion： Comprehensive effective emergency measures can effectively reduce the death risk, and ensure the patient＇s life.
