护理结局分类-顾客满意度量表的调查分析

摘    要:目的:了解国内外护理工作的差异之处,分析护理结局分类本土化修订的可行性,为护理结局分类在国内的推广应用提供依据。方法:用初步修订的顾客满意度量表对太原市三甲综合医院护士长和责任护士进行调查。结果:沟通、安全、护理技术等lO个维度的护理工作开展率都在75%以上,但是享受医疗保健资源、护理的连续性、心理护理和活动功能的协助4个维度的护理工作开展率低。结论:护理结局分类在国内的推广应用应该有一个本国化的过程,还需要政府和各医疗机构的政策支持。

Investigation and Analysis of the Nursing Outcomes Classification - Client Satisfaction Scale

Abstract:objective : To understand the differences of nursing practice between domestic and abroad, analyze the feasibility of revised nursing outcomes classification in domestic, then provide the basis for nursing outcomes classification's popularization in domestic. Method: The study applied the preliminary revised client satisfaction scale to investigate head nurses and primary nurse in the tertiary general hospital of Taiyuan. Result: Communication, Safety, Technical Aspects of Care 10 dimensions of nursing work development rate are more than 75%; but Access to Care Resources, Continuity of Care, Psychological Care and Functional Assistance four dimensions of nursing work development rate are low.Conclusion : The domestic application of Nursing Outcomes Classification still need a indigenization process, also need policy support from the government and various medical institutions.
