产前超声检测不同病因致胎儿三尖瓣返流的分析

目的：探讨产前超声检测不同病因致胎儿三尖瓣返流的程度，分析胎儿三尖瓣返流程度及其转归与病因的关系。方法：对2010年1月-2011年9月于本院行常规产前超声检查所发现的56例胎儿三尖瓣反流病例，根据综合检查情况分先心病组、非先心病组、单纯返流组，观察三组胎儿返流的程度、转归及其预后。结果：先心病组11例，非先心病组19例，单纯返流组26例，持续存在并加重8例，减少或消失的28例，无变化的20例。结论：病因与胎儿三尖瓣返流程度及转归有关，存在心内或心外病因的胎儿三尖瓣返流程度轻至重度，且转归多为持续存在或有加重，而单纯返流的胎儿三尖瓣返流程度多较轻，且转归可为减少或消失。

The Analysis of the Different Reasons for the Fetal Tricuspid Regurgitation by Prenatal Ultrasound Detection

Objective： To study the different reasons for fetal tricuspid regurgitation by prenatal ultrasound detection, and analyze the relationship between the degree of fetal tricuspid regurgitation and the outcome as well as the cause of disease.Method： 56 fetal tricuspid regurgitation cases were selected from January 2010 to September 2011 by routine prenatal ultrasound.Congenital heart disease group, non-congenital heart disease group and reflux group were divided according to the comprehensive inspection.The degree of fetal tricuspid regurgitation in three groups, the outcome and prognosis were observed.Result： There axe 11 cases diagnosed as congenital heart disease, 19 cases as non-congenital heart disease, 26 cases aspure regurgitation, 8 cases as persistent and severe, 28 cases as reduced or disappeared, and no change in 20 cases.Conduslon： Causes of fetal tricuspid regurgitation are related to outcomes.The degree of fetal tricuspid regurgitation caused by intracardiac or extracardiac diseases in the seeases is mild to severe, and reflux sustained or aggravated is the outcome.However, the degree of pure tricuspid regurgitation in theses cases is mild, and reflux reduced or disappeared is the outcome.
