把握医学整体观促进护理管理

目的:把握医学整体观,促进护理管理。方法:采用问卷调查法对120名护理管理人员就"医学整体观认知情况"、"护理管理理论认知情况"、"医学整体观与护理管理的关系"三方面进行调查。结果:仅有40%的护理管理人员对医学整体观及护理管理理论有良好的认知。护理管理缺乏整体理念的指引,工作中传统、习惯因素仍占主导。具备良好医学整体观的护理管理人员与医学整体观认知不好的护理管理人员在三个方面的问卷调查中的差异有高度的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:意识指导行动,观念决定管理。医学整体观是社会发展到一定时代的产物。整体护理是护理事业发展到现代社会的必然趋势。护理管理必须适应这个趋势。整体护理决定了护理管理中必须强化护理程序的管理,尤其是要添加评估、诊断方面的管理。向护理人员普及心理学知识,让他们掌握并实施有效的解除患者心理障碍方法,也应是护理管理的重要内容。建立模式病房;科室应设置理论应用小组,转变护理观念;护理部应配备一定数量的心理学专家有效帮助护理人员;适当增加护理人员。
