| 摘 要： | 本文采用免疫火箭电泳法测定82例肝病患者血清前白蛋白和血浆因子Ⅷ相关抗原的含量。结果显示,两者的改变与肝病受损程度密切相关,並对检测肝脏疾病有高度敏感性。为此,建议将血中这两种蛋白含量列为肝功能常规检测指标。

| Abstract: | Serum prealbumiu (PA.) and plasma factor Ⅷ related antigen (ⅧR·Ag) in 82 cases of various liver disaeses were studied by immunoelectrophoresis. in patients with liver disaeses serum PA values decrease in correspondence with the severity of the disease, while the level of ⅧR· Ag is usually raised. The determination of PA and ⅧR·Ag considered more sensitive than other liver function tests. Therefore we suggest that determination of the two indexes be used as routine method of evaluating liver function in liver diseases. |
