大鼠隔内侧核(sm)的纤维联系

用辣根过氧化物酶、麦芽凝集素结合辣根过氧化物酶及类霍乱原结合辣根过氧化物酶法顺行及逆行追综sm的传入和传出纤維联系。结果表明:sm与隔区的钭角带核垂直支、斜角带核水平支、乳头体上核、下丘脑外侧核、下丘脑后核、被盖腹侧区及扣带皮质前、后部间存在着往返纤维联系;sm接受梨状皮质、内嗅皮质、背海马、腹海马、下丘脑背内侧核背、腹侧部、中缝正中核、中缝背核、室周核、中央灰质腹外侧部、蓝斑及被盖背核周边部位的传入纤维;Sm投射到内侧缰核。

THE FIBER CONNECTIONS OF THE MEDIAL SEPTAL NUCLEUS(SM) IN THE RAT

The afferent and efferent connectios of sm in the rat were studied with HRP, WGA-HRP and CB-HRP methods, The HRP was given to the sm by microiontophoresis but the WGA-HRP and CB-HRP by the microsyringe.The sections were processed by TMB method.The resultsare obtained are as follows: The connections of the sm with the nucleus of the vertical limb of the diagonal band, the nucleus of the horizotal limb of the diagonal band, the lateral hypothaiamic nucleus, the ventral tegmental area, the supramamtnilary nucleus, the anterior cingulate cortex and the posterior cingulatec ortex are of reciprocation, The sm receives the fibers from the pyrifonn cortex, entorhinal cortex, raphe nuclei, periventricular nuclei, periaque ducta gray, dorsal tegmental nucleus and locus coeruleus, The sm projects to medial habenular nucleus.
