掌颏反射的临床价值探讨

本文通过840名正常人和240名神经病患者掌颏反射调查。发现正常人组中2岁以前和50岁以上引出率高。在脑血管意外病人中引出率最高,其中意识障碍较意识清醒者高,脑电图异常者较正常者高,脑出血和脑血栓引出率相近。而掌颏反射又较巴彬斯基氏征引出率高。研究表明在大脑半球损害患者,掌颏反射可视为上肢较敏感的病理征。

A RESEARCH ON THE CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF THE PALMOMENTAL REFLEX

THrough investigating the palmomental reflex in 840 normal persons and 240 cases of neuropathy, it was discovered that in the normal group, the reflex induced rate was higher in the persons under two years or over 50 years of age. The rate was the highest in the cases of cerebrovascular accidents and among them the rate in the consciously disturbed ones was higher than that in the consciously normal ones. The rate of the EEG adnormal cases was higher than that of the EEG normal. The cerebrohemorrhage cases were similar to the cases of thrombgenesis in the rate, but compared to Babinski-sign, the palmomental reflex had a higher induced rate. The research suggested that in cerebral hemisphere injured cases, the palmoment reflex may be regarded as a sensitive pathological sign at the upper limbs.
