喜炎平配合双歧杆菌与利巴韦林治疗小儿病毒腹泻疗效观察

目的：研究喜炎平配合双歧杆菌与利巴韦林治疗小儿病毒腹泻临床疗效。方法：将142例病毒性腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组。两组患儿均进行补液及利巴韦林治疗。治疗组加用喜炎平及双歧杆菌治疗。对比两组患儿治疗3d后疗效及症状改善情况。结果：1个疗程后，总有效率治疗组为98．6％，对照组为78．9％，治疗组明显高于对照组（P〈O．01）；治疗后治疗组大便次数明显低于对照组（P〈O．01）；治疗组在发热、呕吐及腹泻持续时间上明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）；治疗组住院时间低于对照组（P〈O．01）。结论：相较单用利巴韦林，喜炎平配合双歧杆菌与利巴韦林治疗小儿病毒腹泻具有更高效抗病毒效果，能缩短临床症状持续时间。且使用较为安全。

Clinical effect of Xiyanping Injection Combined with Bacillus Bifidus and Ribavirin on Child Virus Diarrhea

Objective： To research the clinical effect of Xiyanping injection combined with bacillus bifidus and ribavirin on child virus diarrhea. Methods： 142 children with viral diarrhea were randomly divided into the treatment and control groups. Patients in two groups were treated with fluid infusion and ribavirin. Patients in treatment were given Xiyanping injec- tion and bacillus bifidus. The effect and the improvement of symptom were observed in 3 days. Results： After one course, the total effective rate was 98.6% and 78.9%, respectively in treatment and control group, and the clinical effect in treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group（P〈0.01）;After the treatment, the amount of cacation in the treatment group was obviously less than the control group（P〈0.01）;The treatment group showed shorter time of fever, throwing up and diarrherea than the control group（P〈0.01）; The treatment group had less time in the hospitial than the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Comparing with ribavirin solely, the Xiyanping injection combined with bacillus bifidus and ribavirin can provide better antiviral effect for child virus diarrhea and reduce the lasting time of symptom, with safty.
