| 摘 要： | 目的掌握2011年湖北省黄冈市血吸虫病防治工作进展和疫情变化情况，为制定血吸虫病防治规划和策略提供依据。方法汇总2011年全市防治工作数据，采用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果2011年全市人群感染率为0．43％（574／134814）、耕牛感染率为0．11％（14／13122），分别较2010年下降10．42％和68．57％，无急性病例出现。与2010年相比，全市有螺面积减少168．72万平方米，无复发钉螺面积。结论2011年黄冈市血吸虫病人群病情、耕牛病情、螺情稳定，均处于较低水平，且低于2010年血吸虫病现状调查水平。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the outcome of schistosomiasis control and the change of schistosomiasis endemic situation in Huanggang city Hubei province in 2011 ,so as to plan the further step for the prevention and control of schistosomiasis. Methods The data of prevention and control of schistosomiasis in Huanggang city Hubei province in 2011 were collected and analyzed with SPSS software. Results The incidence of the infection rate of Schistosoma japonicum in both the human population （0.43%,574/134 814） and domestic animals （0.11%, 14/13 122） was decreased. Acute Schistosomiasis was not found.The snail area was decreased compared to 2010, and there was no reoccurred snail areas. Conclusion The occurrence of Schistosomiasis in 2011 was lower 2010. |
