摘    要:目的通过对就诊者粪便寄生虫检验结果进行统计,分析佛山市三水区寄生虫感染的特点,为区域寄生虫防治提供参考依据。方法收集2011—2012年佛山市三水区人民医院门诊及住院病人共22470例,采用直接涂片法检查就诊患者的粪便标本。结果共检测22470份标本,检出寄生虫(或虫卵)631例,总感染率为28.082‰(631/22470)。40—60岁人群的检出例数最多;肝吸虫和钩虫是感染的主要虫种,分别占总检出数的85.3%(538/631)和11.8%(75/631);男性寄生虫感染率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论肝吸虫和钩虫是寄生虫感染的主要虫种.应加强健康教育和提高食品的安全管理,以降低人群的感染率。

Abstract:Objective To determine the characteristics of the parasitic infection in the hospital patients in Foshan, and to provide the basis for the prevention and control of parasitic infection. Method Parasites in the stool samples were examined using the direct smear method. Results 22 470 specimen were examined. 631 samples were found to have the parasites or parasite ovum, and the rate of infection was 28.082 %o (631/22 470). Most of the positive samples were obtained from the patients with an age of 40-60;The major species was Clonorchiasis (85.3%, 538/631 ) and Ancylostome (11.8%, 75/631). Male subjects had a higher rate of infection than women. Conclusions Clonorchiasis and Ancylostome were the major species.It's need to strengthen the health education and improve the food safety management for the reduction of the risk of infection.
