| 摘 要： | 通过检索文献并整理分析，总结了1995年至2012年间有关白虎加人参汤干预糖代谢及糖尿病并发症的实验室研究进展。主要包括以下4方面：（I）降血糖作用及机理的研究进展；（2）改善糖尿病并发症的研究进展；（3）白虎加人参汤各单味药干预糖代谢的物质基础研究；（4）白虎加人参汤干预糖代谢的配伍规律研究。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the research on the Treatment of diabetes mellitus and diabetes complications with White Tiger Decoction plus Ginseng from 1995 to 2012, through literature search and analysis. There are four sections： （1） The effect and mechanism of Hypoglycemic; （2） The progress on relieving diabetes complications; （3） The basis of chemical compositions of the medicine in White Tiger Decoction plus Ginseng; （4） The compatibility of medicines in White Tiger De- coction plus Ginseng. |
