基于文献计量分析的珍菊降压片的临床安全性评估

目的：对珍菊降压片临床安全性研究文献进行分析,以了解珍菊降压片不良反应特征。方法：对患者的性别、年龄、药物过敏史、使用剂量、联合用药情况、不良反应发生时间与症状等信息进行分析。结果：不良反应多集中在50—70岁的中老年人,并以皮肤及附件损害为主,l一80周之间均有不良反应发生。结论：珍菊降压片不良反应发生与临床合理用药及患者个体因素等关系密切,要求临床医务工作者高度警惕,以保障用药安全。

Clinical Safety Assessment of Zhen-ju Antihypertensive Tablets Based on Bibliometric Analysis

Objective： To study the characteristics of adverse reactions of Zhen-ju antihypertensive tablets by analyzing lit- eratures on the clinical safety. Methods： The basic information about sex, age, allergic history, dosage, drug combination and the time as well as the syndrome of the adverse reactions was analyzed. Results： Adverse reactions mostly happened to the elderly at the age of 50 to 70 and mainly caused damages to skin and the accessory. There were adverse reactions in the span of 1 to 80 weeks. Conclusions： The adverse reactions of Zhen-ju antihypertensive tablets are closely related to its rea- sonable clinic usage and the individuals of patients; and the medical workers should be highly cautious to guarantee the clini- cal safe administration.
