| 摘 要： | C-反应蛋白在急性时相反应中出现于血清中,是一种重要的炎症标志物。近年来,由于C反应蛋白定量检测和快速检测的出现,使其临床价值得以重新发掘。因此,检测C反应蛋白对许多疾病的诊断、辅助诊断、疗效观察及预后判断均有较大的临床意义,可作为常规检查指标广泛应用于临床。

| Abstract: | C-reactive protein is one of the important markers of inflammation which occurs in blood serum in acte phase. In recent years, clinical significance of C-reactive protein was recognized again followed the quantitative detection and quick detection of C-reactive protein appeared. Therefore, detection of C-reactive protein is of great clinical significance in the diagnosis,auxiliary diagnosis, obseruation of therapeutic effect, and evaluation of prognosis for many disease. It can be widespreadly used as a routine index in clinical practice. |
