呼吸内科下呼吸道感染铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性分析

摘    要:目的研究呼吸内科患者下呼吸道感染的铜绿假单胞菌对抗菌药物的耐药情况,为临床医师合理用药提供依据。方法收集2009年1~12月诊断为下呼吸道感染的呼吸内科住院患者的痰标本进行分离培养,并用全自动微生物分析仪进行鉴定和药敏实验。结果铜绿假单胞菌的耐药率以头孢曲松(97.2%)为最高,其次为复方新诺明(72.2%)、头孢噻肟(62.5%)、头孢唑肟(62.5%)、四环素(62.5%)、氨曲南(51.4%),有6种抗菌药物的耐药率达到了50%。结论呼吸内科下呼吸道感染的铜绿假单胞菌具有多重耐药性,临床需要合理谨慎使用抗菌药物。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa to antibiotics in lower respiratory tract infection in respiration department caused by pseudomonas aeruginosa to guide the reasonable use of antibiotics clinically. Methods The sputum samples from the inpatients with lower respiratory tract infection in the respiratory department between Jan.2009 to Dec. 2009 were collected,isolated and cul- tured, and the identification and susceptibility testing were carried out by using an automatic microbiological analyzer. Results The resistance rate of pseudomonas aemginosa to ceftriaxone(97.2%) was the highest,followed by cotrimoxazole(72.2%),cefotaxime(62.5%),ceftizoxime (62.5%), tetracychne(62.5% )and aztreonam( 51.4% ), the resistance rate of 6 antimicrobial drugs reaching 50%. Conclusion Lower respiratory tract infections caused by pseudomonas aeruginosa show multiple drug resistance, and therefore, reasonable care should be needed in clinical use of antibiotics.
