| 摘 要： | 依据卫生服务"城乡一体化"的发展目标和城市"社区一医院"二级网络的发展趋势,农村卫生系统虽保持"县一乡镇一村"三级网络模式,但分工更加明确,其中,乡镇卫生院主要承担农村"社区"的职能.对"城乡一体化"模式下乡镇卫生院的功能定位进行了界定,同时分析了现阶段乡镇卫生院运行过程中存在的主要问题,并提出相应的措施.
