卵巢肿瘤组织中的P—糖蛋白表达及其临床意义探讨

采用免疫组织化学法对５３例卵巢恶性肿瘤，２０例卵巢良性肿瘤和１７例正常卵巢组织进行Ｐ－糖蛋白表达测定。同时，进行相关临床因素分析。结果显示：１）卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中Ｐ－糖蛋白表达阳性率为３５．８％，而卵巢良性肿瘤和下沉卵巢组织中则无１例Ｐ－糖蛋白表达阳性。２）在卵巢恶性肿瘤中，初治者和复发者的Ｐ－糖蛋白表达阳性率分别为２７．８％和５２．８％。３）Ｐ－糖蛋白表达阳性和阴性的卵巢恶性肿瘤患者，对化疗的有

Clinical Significances of P-Glycoprotein Expression in Ovarian Tumor

The expression of P-glycoprotein was studied immunohistochemically in 53 ovarian cancer, 20 ovarian benign tumor,and l7 normal ovaries as control. The results showed:1)The positive rate of P-glycoprotein expression in ovarian cancer was 35. 8%, but none was found in the ovarian benign tumor and normal control. 2)In 27. 8% newly diagnosed and untreated patients and in 52. 9% previously treated and relapsed patients over expression of P-glycoprotein was observed. 3)The response rate to chemotherapy in patients with over expression of P-glycoprotein was lower than that of patients without such expression.
