| 摘 要： | 采用自身对照方法，观察了１０６例恶性肿瘤病人以顺铂为主联合化疗，于第１，２周期分别使用胃复安，恩丹西酮。预防恶心呕吐反应，有效率分别为：４３．３９％，９２．４５％，二者差异显著。胃复安组８例发生椎体外系反应，恩丹西酮均未出现椎体外系症状。

| Abstract: | The antiemetic effect of ondansetron and metoclopramide were observed in 106 cancer patients who received DDP-containing combination chemotherapy.Metoclopramide or ondansetron was administered during the first and second cycle of chemotherapy. The results showed that the effective rate of metoclopramide and ondansetron were 43. 39% and 92. 45% respectively.Evidently the antiemetic effect of ondansetron was superior to metoclopramide (P<0. 001).Extrapyramidal signs occurred in 8 cases who received metoclopramide (7. 55%),but none in patients who had ondansetron. |
