| 摘 要： | 鼻咽癌临床分期受Ｔ和Ｎ各种因素的交叉影响，同时也Ｔ与Ｎ之间的相互匹配的不同而发生变化。本文采用单因素生存分析及Ｃｏｘ模型多因素分析方法，分别对完成首程放射治疗的鼻咽癌Ｔ１，Ｔ４Ｎ０Ｍ１３３例及早期ＴＮ０－３Ｍ０２０３例进行分析。

| Abstract: | Clinical staging of NPC is closely affected by various factors of which T and N play important roles. 133 cases staged as T1-T4N0M0 and 203 cases as TN0-3M0 NPC judged by CT scan prior to radiotherapy were analyzed by means of multivariate Cox model. Factors affecting T staging such as involvement of cavernous sinus, paranasal sinuses, infratemporal fossa, orbit, the first and second cervical vertebra and invasion of both anterior and posterior cranial nerves influenced much the prognosis. Factors affecting N staging such as site,size and the side of the lymph node involved also played important part in the prognosis. |
