摘    要:目的:在小学教师中开展压力管理训练,采用SCL-90作为训练前后评价指标,探讨促进教师心理健康水平的有效手段.方法:设置干预组35名小学教师和对照组39名教师,进行6次为期12周的压力管理训练,内容包括认识压力、认知重构和行为应对策略等内容,采用SCL-90进行干预前、干预后评估.结果:训练前干预组、对照组SCL-90因子分差异无显著性,训练后干预组比对照组因子平均分低,且在躯体化(t=4.2,P<0.01)、人际敏感(t=2.34,P<0.05)、焦虑(t=2.0,P<0.05)3个因子上差异有显著性.结论:压力管理训练可以影响教师SCL-90评分,提示压力管理训练有助于维护教师心理健康水平.

Abstract:Objective: to study the effect of stress management training for mental health of teachers in primary school. Method: 35 teachers and 39 teachers were used as the intervention group and the control group respectively. The teachers of intervention group got stress management training for 6 times in 12 weeks. The intervention included the knowledge of stress, cognitive restructure, coping strategies etc, and SCL-90 Scale was used for effect evaluation. Result: although the scores of SCL-90 all raised, the control group raised higher than the intervention group, and there were significant differences in factors of somatization, interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety. Conclusion: stress management training can alleviate the teacher's stress.
