株洲地区儿童静脉血7种微量元素检测结果分析

目的通过对儿童血清中钙（Ca）、镁（Mg）、铜（Cu）、锌（Zn）、铁（Fe）、铅（Pb）和镉（Cd）的含量进行检测，了解各年龄段儿童微量元素的缺乏情况及Pb和Cd的污染情况，为合理补充微量元素和防治Pb、Cd污染提供依据。方法将0～14岁儿童分成4组，取其新鲜血液分别用BH5100Plus型原子吸收光谱仪和BH2100型原子吸收光谱仪进行Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Fe、Pb和Cd含量检测，并用SPSS13．0软件对检测结果进行分析。结果株洲市男、女童间Ca、Mg和Fe含量差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），Cu、Zn、Pb和Cd含量差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；各年龄组间Mg和Fe舍量差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），Ca、Cu、Zn、Pb和Cd含量差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；男、女童中Cu、Zn、Fe和Ca缺乏均存在年龄差异，Pb污染则未发现与年龄有关。结论株洲市男、女童均存在不同程度Cu、Zn、Ca、Fe缺乏，Pb污染也在一定程度上存在，故应注意合理补充微量元素，预防Pb污染。

Analysis on the test results of 7 trace elements in venous blood of children in Zhuzhou area
