经肛门结肠拖出结合腹部小切口治疗先天性巨结肠

目的　探讨经肛门结肠拖出结合腹部小切口治疗小儿先天性巨结肠的手术效果。方法　回顾分析经肛门结肠拖出结合腹部小切口治疗 2 7例小儿先天性巨结肠的病历资料。结果　 2 7例均顺利完成手术。术后有 3例发生粘连性肠梗阻 ,1例发生切口裂开 ,治疗后好转 ,其余病人均顺利恢复。全部病例随访 2～ 12个月 ,每日排便 3～ 5次 ,无便秘复发、无污粪、无肛门狭窄。结论　该手术方法具有损伤小、术后恢复快、并发症少等优点 ,是一种安全、有效的治疗小儿先天性巨结肠的手术。

Trans-anal Colonic Pull-through Combined Minilaparotomy for Hirschsprung''''s Disease

Objectives To explore the operative method of trans-anal colonic pull-through combined minilaparotomy for congenital megacolon. Methods 27 infants with Hirschsprung's disease treated by trans-anal colonic pull-through combined minilaparotomy were analysis retrospectively. All patients were confirmed by pathological examination. Results The operations of all cases were successful. After operation, 3 cases with adhesive ileus and 1 case with disruption of wound were recovered after proper treatment. The others were recovered smoothly. Total follow up lasted 2 to 12 months. Defecation was 3 to 5 times a day, no constipation, no soiling and no stricture of anus. Conclusions This operation is a safe and effective for Hirschsprung's disease, with less injury, quick recovery and rare complication.
