静脉药物配置中心的建设与实施

目的：通过静脉药物配置中心pharmacy intravenous admixture servers(PIVAs)]的建设，来加强医院的药品管理，改进临床药学服务，保障病人用药安全。方法：通过测算配置中心建设中所需的人员、场地、护理流程和电脑系统所做的相应改变，归纳出具体实施的步骤及注意事项。结果：静脉药物配置中心的建设有利于药品管理，减少药品浪费，降低住院费用，优化人员组合，节省人力资源。结论：如何理顺输液配置、质量监控和降低费用之间的关系，来改进临床药学服务。

Development of PIVAS and Its Eeffect in Declining Cost During Hospitalization

Objective: To improve the hospital drug management, reduce drug cost, intravenous admixture servers (PIVAW) through the preparation of pharmacy improve pharmacy clinical work, and ensure the safety of patient-drug-using.Method: The change of inpatient drug-cost before and after the PIVAS setting was compared, the function of PIVAs in Drug-cost control was studied, and took proper steps for the PIVAS foundation in the hospital pharmacy.Result: The preparation of PIVAS was well for drug management, drug-waste control, decrease of inpatient's cost, and save of more human resource in the hospital.Conclusion: It is new question concerning the management that how to bring the better balance for the IV preparation, quality control and drug-cost control, and then to improve the pharmaceutical care in the hospital.
