糖尿病联合检测P-选择素、C-反应蛋白和抗心磷脂抗体的意义

目的对糖尿病(DM)患者体内P-选择素(GD62-P)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)水平进行联合检测,旨在探讨其对DM并发症早期评估和风险预测价值。方法60例DM患者被分成无并发症组(A组)和有并发症组(B组),C组为正常对照组。在未服用抗凝剂前或停服抗凝剂1周后,空腹采集血样立即离心血清-20℃保存待测。CRP采用免疫速率散射浊度法;GD62-P及ACA采用ELISA法。结果DM患者B组CRP高于C组,而A组与C组无显著差异;GD62-P在A、B组均升高,以B组升高显著(P<0.01);ACA在各组检出率表现不一,但仍以B组为高。三种检测指标的升高,大都集中在合并有心脑血管病变的患者中,上述指标的升高与DM血管病变发生率相一致。结论GD62-P、CRP、ACA联合检测对指导临床及早预防治疗糖尿病并发症,和对其并发症的风险评估有重要意义和实用价值。

Significance of combined detection of P-selectin, C-reactive protein and Anti-cardiolipin antibodies in patients with DM

Objective Combined detection P-selectin(GD 62 -P),C-reactive protein(CRP)and anti-cardiolipin antibodies(ACA)was performed for estimating their significances in early complications of diabetes mellitus(DM)and their provisional values of being risk factors of these early complications.Method The60cases of DM were divided into two groups:DM without complications(group A)and DM with complications(group B);group C was control.Blood samples were collected at fasting state and before patients's taking any antithombotic.CRP was detected by immunity velocity scattering deep and thick method.GD 62 -P and ACA were tested by ELISA.Result CRP level in group B was higher than in control,but no difference between group A and C;GD 62 -P level was discovered being increased in both A and B groups,obviously in group B;ACA test showed different positive ratio in different groups,and B group was the most obvious.Increased levels of all the three markers were gathered in patients with cardiovascular and cerebral vascular complications,which was agreed very well with their diabetic vascular complications.Conclusion Combined detection of P-selectin,CRP and ACA would have important significance and instructive values in estimating risk factors of DM early complications and would be helpful in guding our clinical idea on prevention and treatment of these early complications.[
