Case 6

A 12-year-old boy presented with a reddish brown, firm, dome-shaped tumor on his right arm. The tumor was 1.5 cm in diameter and its surface was smooth, without signs of ulceration. The boy's mother had noted a mild inflammatory reaction surrounding the tumor following minor injury, but no such reaction was seen at the time of surgery.
