冠心病患者血清血管内皮生长因子和内抑素水平变化的临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨冠心病(CHD)患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、内抑素(ENS)水平的变化及其在CHD中的意义。方法将130例CHD患者分为急性心肌梗死组(AMI组)(42例)、不稳定型心绞痛组(UAP组)(48例)和稳定型心绞痛组(SAP组)(40例),另设对照组(36例)。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)测定所有入选对象血清VEGF和ENS水平。结果与SAP组和对照组比较,AMI组和UAP组VEGF、ENS水平明显增高(P〈0.05);AMI组VEGF、ENS水平明显高于UAP组(P〈0.05);与对照组比较,SAP组VEGF、ENS水平有增高,但差异无显著性。AMI患者在第1、7和28天血清VEGF、ENS水平均高于对照组(P〈0.01),第7天和28天血清VEGF、ENS水平明显高于第1天(P〈0.01)。结论CHD患者心肌缺血越严重,血清VEGF与ENS水平越高,两种因子在CHD发展过程中均有重要意义。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the series changes of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and endostatin(ENS) level and their clinical significance in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods130 patients with CHD were divided into unstable angina pectoris(UAP) group (48 cases),acute myocardial infarction (AMI) group (42 cases) and stable angina pectoris (SAP) group (40 cases).In addition,36 healthy cases were used as control group.The serum level of VEGF and ENS in all the cases were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).ResultsCompared with control group,the levels of VEGF and ENS in AMI and UAP group were much higher (P<0.05).Compared with UAP group,the levels of VEGF and ENS in AMI group were higher (P<0.05).However,there was no difference between SAP and control group (P>0.05).Compared with control group,the levels of VEGF and ENS in AMI at day 1,7,28 were much higher,and the levels of VEGF and ENS at day 7,28 were much higher than thoes at day 1.ConclusionThe more severe CHD was,the higher level of serum VEGF and ENS were.Both VEGF and ENS play an important role in the development of CHD.
