| 摘 要： | 本文对秦岭南坡,大巴山北坡的十个县264万余人中作了调查,地克病患病率为53.23/万。特点是患病率高,分布广泛,并有新发。流行类型主要是神经型,流行原因是缺碘,微量元素富积中毒。

| Abstract: | Ten counties are located in southern slope of Qin Ling and Da Ba mountain.A total of 2646,000 persons was surveyed.14086 of 2646000 are endemic cretinismpatients.Prevalence rate is 53.23 per ten thousand.There are higher preval-ence rate,severe state,and wide distribution in these diseased area.Clinic type of the disease is mainly nervous type which is characterized bymild,severe intelligent retardation.Prevalent cause of endemic cretinism in these areas is low level of iodine and there is concentrated poisoning of traceelements in this environment. |
