| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠心病患者血脂变化的规律及其临床意义。方法用现况调查的方法，对239例冠心病患者血脂水平进行分析比较，发现与冠心病病情联系密切的血脂治疗靶。结果TG-HDLc轴异常为冠心病患者血脂异常主要表现，并且与病情的发展关系密切。结论调节冠心病患者血脂TG-HDLc轴具有重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore clinical significance of change regulation of blood lipids in patient with coronary heart disease.Methods To compare and analyze blood lipids level in 239 patients with coronary heart disease by current investigation and find that there was obviously relationship between treating blood lipids target and coronary heart disease.Results The results showed that the triglyceride-high-density lipoprotein(TG-HDLc) axis abnormal was majorexpression of blood lipids abnormal in patient with coronary heart disease,which was close with coronary heart disease development.Conclusion Regulating TG-HDLc axis has important clinical significance. |
