北京市育龄期妇女破伤风抗体水平监测

摘    要:为了解在北京市居住的育龄期妇女破伤风抗体的水平 ,在 1998年采用间接血凝试验检测了 3 4 6名在北京市居住的育龄期妇女破伤风抗体。结果显示 ,保护率 44 2 2 % ,抗体阳性破伤风抗毒素 (阳性TAT)平均含量为 0 0 96IU/ml。北京户籍 119人 ,保护率 66 3 9% ,阳性TAT平均含量为 0 10 0IU/ml;外省户籍 2 2 7人 ,保护率 3 2 60 % ,阳性TAT平均含量为 0 0 92IU/ml。经统计学分析 ,不同户籍的育龄期妇女破伤风抗体保护率差异有非常显著的统计学意义 ,阳性TAT平均含量差异无显著的统计学意义 ;北京户籍各年龄组之间破伤风抗体保护率、阳性TAT平均含量差异无显著的统计学意义 ,外省户籍各年龄组之间保护率、阳性TAT平均含量均随年龄的增长而下降。

Abstract:A serological survey on tetanus antibody level was carried out. Serum samples from 346 women of 18-38 years old living in Beijing were tested with indirect hemagglutination. For all of the women tested, the antibody protective rate was 44.22%, and the positive TAT was 0.096IU/ml. For the 119 native inhabitants tested, the antibody protective rate was 66.39%, the positive TAT was 0.100IU/ml. For the 227 non native inhabitants tested, the antibody protective rate was 32.62%, the positive TAT was 0 092IU/ml. It was concluded that there was a significant difference in the antibody protective rate between native and non native inhabitants in Beijing. Significant difference was also found in the antibody protective rate as well as in the positive TAT among different age groups of non-native inhabitants.
