| 摘 要： | 目的研究氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效和安全性。方法将80例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分成2组。对照组40例,给予常规治疗;治疗组40例,在常规治疗基础上应用氯吡格雷治疗。结果与对照组比较,氯吡格雷治疗组心绞痛发作次数减少,持续时间缩短,心电图心肌缺血减轻(P<0.05),无出血、粒细胞减少等并发症发生。两组血小板、白细胞计数、心肌酶、肌钙蛋白Ⅰ等无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗不稳定型心绞痛比单用阿司匹林疗效更好,且安全,副作用少。
