肋间动脉造影在咯血诊治中的临床意义

目的:分析咯血患者肋间动脉的数字减影血管造影的影像特征及临床价值。方法:对73例大咯血患者的支气管动脉和其他可能的体循环供血动脉行数字减影血管造影并栓塞靶血管止血。结果:病灶多支供血动脉有:单独支气管动脉36例(49.32%),支气管动脉与肋间动脉共干共同参与供血37例(50.69%),起始胸主动脉的肋间动脉18例(24.56%)。肋间动脉是支气管动脉外最常见的病灶供血动脉。结论:肋间动脉造影检查和介入治疗对大咯血有着重要的诊断及治疗价值,超选择靶血管栓塞是安全、有效的。

Chinical significance of the intercostal artery angiography for the diagnosis and treatment in hemoptysis

Objective To analysis intercostal artery DSA angiography for hemoptysis and its clinical value.Methods Bronchial arteries and the arteries of non lung blood supply were examined by DSA and embolized in the target vessel in 73 patients with hemoptysis.Results The arteries in the focus included 36 cases of simple bronchial arteriorrhagia(49.32%),37 cases of bronchial arteries from intercostal artery combine intercostals arteryiorrhagia(50.69%) and 18 cases of intercostals arteriorrhagia(24.56%).Intercostals artery was the most common to see besides bronchial arteries in the focus.Conclusion Intercostals artery DSA and interventional therapy are of great value in diagnosing and treating patients with severe hemoptysis.The embolotherapy through ultraselection in target vessel is safe and effective.
