血清高敏C-反应蛋白测定在2型糖尿病中的应用

目的:探讨高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)测定在2型糖尿病中的意义。方法:用免疫散射比浊法对75例中老年健康体检者及172例2型糖尿病患者进行血清hs-CRP测定。结果:172例2型糖尿病患者血清hs-CRP的阳性率显著高于健康对照组;患者组中,除单纯糖尿病组外,其余各并发症组血清hs-CRP阳性率均与对照组差异有显著性。结论:血清hs-CRP与糖尿病心血管并发症的发生有一定的关系。

The Applicafion of Serum High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus 2 type

Objective To investigate the purpose of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)measurement in patients with diabetes 2 type.Methods Immunotur bidimetry assay is applied in our study 75 cases of middle-old aged health Physical exammation persons and 172 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus 2 type were enrolled in ourstudy.Results The hs-CRP positive rates of diabetes mellitus 2 type patients is significantly higher than that of the controls;in the patient groups,except the patients group with simple diabetes mellitus 2 type,the positive rates of those groups which patients with other complications is notable higher than that of the controls.Conclusions Serum hs-CRP may berelated with the occur of the cardiac vascular complication in diabetes mellitus 2 type patients.
