国产与进口吉西他滨血液学不良反应比较

目的比较国产与进口吉西他滨血液学不良反应的发生率.方法收集232例使用过国产或进口吉西他滨的患者的血液学不良反应发生情况，按WHO分级标准对不良反应分级记录并进行回顾分析、结果国产与进口吉西他滨的血液学不良反应以Ⅰ，Ⅱ度为主，发生率均较高，两药之间在统计学上无显著性差异。结论吉西他滨血液学不良反应虽以轻度为主，但必须予以重视，应采取有效措施进行防治。国产吉西他滨的血液学毒性与进口吉西他滨相当，无明显区别。

Differences between Domestic and Imported Gemcitabin in Hematologic Adverse Reactions

Objectlve To analyze and compare the hematologic adverse reactions incidence induced by gemcitabin between domestic and imported production. Methods Total 232 patients with adverse reactions induced by gemcitabin were studied. Classification standard by WHO was used to adverse reactions and the method of retrospective analysis was used. Results The majority of hematologic adverse reactions induced by domestic and imported gemcitabin were grade Ⅰand grade Ⅱ,and both of the incidence was high. The difference of incidence induced by the two products was not statistically significant, Conclusion Though the hematologic adverse reactions induced by gemcitabin is slight, attention should be focused on and available measures should be taken. The hematologic toxicity induced by domestic gemcitabin is the same as the imported, and there is no significant difference.
