| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胸水腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)、癌胚抗原(CEA)检测对结核性和恶性胸腔积液的诊断价值。方法选择38例结核性胸膜炎患者作为结核组,选择35例恶性胸腔积液患者作为恶性胸腔积液组,分别检测两组患者胸腔积液ADA及CEA表达情况。结果结核组胸腔积液ADA的表达明显高于恶性胸腔积液组;而恶性胸腔积液组CEA表达明显高于结核性胸膜炎组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论胸水ADA及CEA检测对结核性胸膜炎与恶性胸腔积液的诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnostic value of pleura1 effusion combined with seruul adenosine deaminase（ADA）,carcinoembryonic antigen（CEA）in testing tuberculous and malignant pleural exudates.Methods To choose 38 cases with tuberculous pleural exudatea and 35 cases with malignant pleural exudatea.Testing the level of ADA and CEA of them.Results The level of ADA in tuberculous pleural exudatea was Significantly higher than those in malignant pleural exudatea.And The level of CEA in malignant pleural exudatea was Significantly higher than it in pleural pleural exudatea（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The test of ADA and CEA of pleural exudates should have great diagnostic value in patients with tuberculous and malignant pleural effusion. |
