| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）治疗瘀积性湿疹伴溃疡的有效方法。方法：对8例瘀积性湿疹伴发溃疡创面采用MEBO外涂，渗出高峰期每日涂药3次，渗出期过后采用MEBO油纱包扎换药，每日一次，伴溃疡者外涂MEBO 2mm厚，每日2次，外敷油纱条包扎治疗。结果：皮损愈合最短7天，最长26天。结论：MEBO治疗瘀积性湿疹伴发溃疡疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the method of applying MEBO in the treatment of stasis eczema complicated by ulceration. Method: 8 cases of this disease were treated with loca application of MEBO. At the exudative phase, MEBO was applied 3 times a day. After that, the dressing was changed once a day. On the ulcerated area, MEBO was spread to a thickness of 2 mm, 2 times a day and bandaged with oil gauze. Result: The shortest wound healing time was 7 days and the longest 26 days after MEBO treatment. Conclusion: MEBO is very efficacious in treating stasis eczema complicated by ulceration. |
