摘    要:对医疗纠纷的接待人员素质提出了具体的要求,分析了来访者的几种常见心理状态并提出对策,论述了医疗纠纷善后处理应注意的几个问题。

Abstract:The article discusses what qualifications the reception personnel of medical tangles should achieve and how ; analyses commonly encountered psychological activities of relevant visitors;and illustrates appropriate and equitable settlement of certain rather complicated problems arising from medical tangles,with reference to experience of how to prevent malpractices.
