| 摘 要： | 20例嗜酸性粒细胞增多症的分析结果表明:儿童患病的特点与成人不同,其主要表现为呼吸道症状,如发热、咳嗽、哮喘、X线检查肺部有病理改变;同时病人肝、脾、淋巴结及骨髓均可受累。并对本病的诊断、治疗及其疗效进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The paper reported 20 pediatric cases of eosinophilia from 1969 to 1986 in our department. The characteristics of eosinophilia in children were different from those in adult. It mainly presented respiratory symptoms, such as fever, cough, asthema and pathologic X-ray findings in lungs. The patients livers, spleens, lymphs nodes, and bone marrow were also involved. The diagnosis, treatment and curative effects of this disease were discussed too. |
