摘    要:运用扫描电镜技术对青海牦牛株在藏羊株细粒棘球绦虫进行了观察。结果表明两析大部分虫体顶突缺乏微毛构成的顶部,体表散在很短的柱状或棘状微毛,并存在大量微孔;牦牛株虫在生殖孔周围具有盘状突起,藏羊株虫体则否;两株虫体生殖孔周围均密布感觉乳突;牦牛株虫体雄茎表面密布绒线状细长微毛,藏羊株虫体雄茎表面极少或缺乏微毛,两株虫体雄茎顶端均有细长丝状物自雄茎口伸出,由此可见,青海两株虫体的体表结构既有相似之处,又

Abstract:An observation on surface structure of adult Echinococcus granulosus of yak strain and Tibetan sheep strain has been carried out by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the rostellar of two different strains Echinococcus granulosus lacked the top which was made up of microtrichia. Some of pillar-shape or thorn-shape microtrichia which were very short and micro-pore distributed over the tegumental surface of the proglottid of two different strains Echinococcus granulosus. The plate-shape projection which surrounded the genital pore could be seen in yak strains Echinococcus granulosus, but this structure haven-t been found in Tibetan sheep strains Echinococcus granulosus. The feeling-nipple projections densely covered the surface of arround the genital pore of the two different strain Echinococcus granulosus. The fine and long microtrichia densely covered the surface of cirrus of the yak strain Echinococcus granulosus, but the structure was not found in the surface of cirrus of Tibetan sheep strains Echinococcus granulosus. The fine and long silk-shape material which extended from the cirrus pore of the two different strains Echinococcus granulosus have been found. Being inferred from this, the tegumental surface structures of Qinghai two different strains Echinococcus granulosus were not only similar, but also different. The results showed the morphological characterization of Qinghai different strains Echinococcus granulosus.
