| 摘 要： | 我院于１９８７－１９９３年间应用钛合金材料修补颅骨缺损３９例，其中颅脑外伤３７例，骨瘤１例，脑膜瘤１例。随访７年发现，钛板修补的２５例中，出现移位和（或）上翘４例，外露感染２例，而钛网修补的１４例中无１例有并发症（Ｐ〈０．０５），作者认为，钛板有其优点，但也有缺点，仍不十分理想，而钛网成型克服了钛板成型的缺点，是较理想的修补材料。

| Abstract: | From 1987 to 1993 in our hospital, 39cases of the defects of the skull were repairedwith titanium plate and titanium mesh, inwhich 37 cases were of skull injuries, onecase of miningioma and one case of osteoma.Seven years follow--up showed that amongthe 25 cases repaired with titanium plate, deplacement and warp was presented in 4 cases, exposure in I case and exposure with infection in 2 cases, and there was no complication in patients treated with titanium mesh(P<0.05). As a result, titanium plate wasnot a satisfactory material to select, but titaniummesh was a very satisfactory repair material. |
