软腭癌根治缺损成形的研究—以半舌行软腭再造和功能重建

作者于１９８８－１９９１年间为１１例患者行软腭缺损修复或再造，其中１０例为癌根治的缺损，１例为严重腭裂经两次整复仍遗留裂孔。取用占舌粘膜总面积２０－４０％带肌层的舌瓣修复的８例，以半舌行软腭再造的３例，全部成功，术后经３－６年观察，软腭和舌功能正常，癌肿均未复发，其意义在于使包括侵占软腭大部分的癌的根治成为可能。

Plasticization of Soft Plate Carcinoma Radical Cure Defect:Reconstruction of the Soft Plate with Tongue Flap

Eleven patients with soft plate defect were treated by the repairment and reconstruction between the year of 1988 and 1991. Ten of them were of the defect of carcinoma radical cure, and one was hiatus left after twice of reconstruction of severe cleft plate. Eight cases were repaired by the lingual valva with 20%-40% muscular layer and three cases of soft plate were reconstructed by the tongue flap. All were successful. After three to six years observation,the functions of soft plate and tongue were normal, and the carcinoma did not reoccur after operation.This showed that it was possible to carry out radical cure to the large part of soft plate erosed by the carcinoma.
