| 摘 要： | 目的:评价全自动生化分析仪测定β2微球蛋白(β2MG)的方法。方法:采用日常病人混合血清为标本,进行线性测定、精密度测定、回收实验、干扰实验等方法学评价实验。结果:全自动生化分析仪测定β2微球蛋白的线性范围为0mg/L～16mg/L,批内和批间的SD和CV均小于5%,平均回收率为98.7%;胆红素含量在497μmol/L内无干扰。结论:全自动生化分析仪进行β2微球蛋白的测定,适用于临床。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the method of examining the β_2-microglobulin(β_2-MG) by auto-biochemical ananlysis instrument.Methods Put the mixed-serum of normal patients as samples,take the method-evaluated test of examining the β_2-microglobulin by auto-biochemical ananlysis instrument,such as linear and precision detecting,recycle and interference test.Result The linear range is 0 mg/L~16 mg/L;the SD and CV are all lessthan 5%;the average rate ofrecycle is 98.7%;and when the content of bilirubinis less than 497 μmol/L,there is no interference.Conclusion This method is fit for clinic. |
