复方红景天参芪花粉制剂对不同高海拔梯度大鼠严重烧伤后早期肝损害的保护作用

摘    要:目的:观察不同高海拔梯度大鼠严重烧伤后复方红景天参芪花粉制剂对早期肝损害的防治作用。方法:在海拔3480m的甘南高原和海拔1517m的兰州地区建立大鼠30%Ⅲ度烧伤模型,208只大鼠随机分为高原组104只(海拔3480m),兰州组104只(海拔1517m),每组随机分为实验组,对照组各48只,正常组8只。造模型前实验组予复方红景天参芪花粉制剂灌胃,对照组使用生理盐水。伤后不同时相点测定血清GPT、GOT和总胆红素(BIL)变化。结果:GPT与OGT在两种高海拔地区伤后3h无论实验组还对照组均见高(P<0.01),并且3480m,地区比1517m地区升高明显(P<0.01),伤后24h起开始下降,至72h GPT在实验组已降至正常,对照组仍高于正常。GOT在两组仍高于正常,BIL在3480m地区升高,尤其是对照组(P<0.01),在低海拔地区变化不明显。结论:复方红景天参芪花粉制剂可对烧伤后肝功能损害提供一定保护作用,并具有一定临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effectiveness of Radioda and Astragalus Codonopsis Compound (RACC) on the early injury of liver at different highland altitude (3840m, 1517m)after severe burn in rats. Methods:The rat models of 30% fallthickness burn were duplicated successfully at 3840m and 1517m altitude. 208 rats were randomly divided into 2 groups (104 each) The 104 rats of each group were randomly divided into 3 groups: experiment group ( n = 48), controlled groups ( n = 48) and normal group ( n = 8) . Rats in experiment group were fed with RACC before burn, saline were served to controlled groups. Serum GPT, GOT and total bilirubin were detected and different timepoint post-burn. Results: The levels of serum GPT, GOT in both experiment groups and controlled groups increased significantly at 3h posthurn and the GPT, GOT of highland groups increased faster than Lanzhou groups and they began dropping to normal values at 24h postburn. The GPT of both experiment groups regressed to nrormal values at 72h but GOT of both contreolled groups were higher than the normal values. The Bil of experiment and controlled groups of highland group increased and it is no obvious at Lanzhou groups. Conclusion: RACC can provide protection to hepatocyte injury after burn and have some clinical sinificance.
