| 摘 要： | 脉冲Nd:YAG激光照射根管,具有快速、高效消毒作用及去除玷污层、清洁根管、熔融牙本质,封闭牙本质小管等效应。根管预备后,利用Nd:YAG激光对根管照射,对感染根管实施根管治疗术一次法,已从实验室研究走向临床应用,显示了其独特的优势。作者就近年来脉冲Nd:YAG激光在治疗感染根管,一次法完成根管治疗术的作用机制研究及临床应用进展做一综述。

| Abstract: | Using the pulse Nd:YAG laser to irradiate infected root canals can make a rapid,effective role of disinfection,and can remove the debris,clear root canal,melt canal dentin and block dentinal tubule.After root canal preparation,with the help of Nd:YAG laser,the infected root canals can be treated by one-visit root canal treatment.This method has been applied in clinical practice from laboratory showing it own advantages.This article reviews mechanism of action and clinical application of Nd:YAG laser in one-vist root canal treatment. |
