综合性物理疗法治疗儿童抽动症的临床研究

目的探讨综合性物理疗法治疗儿童抽动症的临床效果。方法回顾性分析荆州市妇幼保健院2011年4月至2014年4月收治的124例抽动症患儿的临床资料。根据治疗方式的不同将其分为观察组（n=64,采用经颅磁治疗仪联合小脑刺激仪及磁珠贴耳穴的综合性物理疗法治疗）,对照组（n=60,采用单纯药物治疗）,运用统计学方法分析接受不同疗法治疗儿童抽动症的临床效果。本研究遵循的程序符合荆州市妇幼保健院人体试验委员会所制定的伦理学标准,得到该委员会批准,分组征得受试对象本人的知情同意,并与之签署临床研究知情同意书。两组患儿的年龄、性别、病程和疾病类型等比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结果观察组临床治疗有效率为96.9%（62/64）,显著高于对照组85.0%（51/60）;观察组治疗后耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表（YGTSS）评分为（28.0±11.7）分,临床疗效总评量表（CGI）评分为（2.5±0.5）分,均显著低于对照组的（36.8±12.3）分与（3.1±0.6）分,并且差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论经颅磁治疗仪联合小脑刺激仪及磁珠贴耳穴综合性物理疗法,可明显改善儿童抽动症患儿的临床症状,提高临床疗效。

Clinical Research of Comprehensive Physical Therapy for Children With Tic Disorders

Objective To study the clinical curative effects of comprehensive physical therapy for children with tic disorders. Methods From April 2011 to April 2014, the clinical data of 124 children with tic disorders who were treated in Jingzhou Maternity and Children Health Care Hospital were chosen in this study and retrospectively analyzed. According to different treatment strategies, they were divided into two groups. Children in treatment group （n= 64） were treated by comprehensive physical therapy-transeranial magnetic stimulator therapeutic apparatus combined with cerebellar and magnetic beads stick system, and control group （n= 60） were treated by rule drug treatment. Statistical analysis methods were used to compare the clinical curative effects between two group. The study protocol was approved by the Ethical Review Board of Invetigation in Jingzhou Maternity and Children Health Care Hospital. Informed consent was obtained from the guardians of all patients. There were no statistically significant differences on the age, gender, course and types of diseases, etc. between two groups （P〉0. 05）. Results The clinical effective rates of treatment group （96. 9o//00, 62/64） was significantly higher than that of control group （85.0%, 51/60）. After the treatment, Yale Global Tic Severity Scale （YGTSS） score of treatment group was （28.0± 11.7） score, and it was significantly lower than that of control group [（36.8± 12.3） score]. Clinical Global Impression （CGI） score of treatment group [（2.5±0.5） score] was also significantly lower than that of control group [（3.1±0.6） score]. Both of the differences were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive physical therapy-transcranial magnetic stimulator therapeutic apparatus combined with cerebellar and magnetic beads stick system can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in children with tic disorders and improve the clinical curative effect.
