牵引、推拿和针灸不同顺序组合治疗颈椎间盘突出症效果比较

目的　观察牵引、针灸和推拿联合治疗颈椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法　将 12 6例颈椎间盘突出症的患者按先后分成 6组 ,按牵引、针灸和推拿以不同顺序组合进行治疗。牵引用间隙牵引、时间相同 ;同症型患者针刺与推拿的穴位和手法均相同 ,并于 2 0次后比较疗效。结果　牵针推组总有效率 10 0 % ,疗效明显优于其他各组。结论　按牵引—针灸—推拿顺序组合治疗颈椎间盘突出症疗效较好。

Effects on Traction, Acupuncture and Moxibustion and Message Used to Treat Protrusion of Intervertebral Disc in Different Orders

Objective To observe the effects of traction, acupuncture and moxibustion and message used to treat protrasion of intervertebral disc.Methods 126 patients with protrusin of interverbral discwere divided into six groups, effects were compared after 20 times physiotherapy among six groups formed by different orders of acupuncture and moxibustion (A), traction (T) and message(M) used to treat the patients six groups.Interval traction was done with the same acupoint and maneuver in the homosymptomatic patients.Results The total effective rate in T-A-M group was 100% and its curative effect was significanfly differenfial than others.Conclusion The effect of protrusion of intervertebral disctreated in the order of traction, acupuncture and moxibustion and massage is better than that in any other orders.
