| 摘 要： | 目的:研究Embryc G lue是否有利于IVF-ET妊娠率的提高。方法:将2003年2月~2004年2月在本中心接受常规体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)或单精子卵母细胞浆内注射(ICSI)治疗周期的180例不孕患者随机分成两组进行双盲试验,实验组共100例,使用Embryo G lue作为胚胎移植液,对照组80例,使用IVF-20胚胎培养液作为移植液。结果:实验组平均移植胚胎数为2.5个,对照组为2.4个(P>0.05),实验组临床妊娠率及胚胎种植率分别为46.0%、32.7%,对照组为38.7%、26.4%,实验组临床妊娠率及胚胎种植率与对照组相比有上升趋势。结论:使用Embryo G lue作为胚胎移植液有助于提高妊娠率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate whether EmbryoGlue could increase the pregnancy rate.Methods:180 patients underwent in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET) or intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI) were randomly divided into experimental group and control group to go along with a double-blind(patient and physician) trial.100 patients were randomized to have their embryos transferred to EmbryoGlue for 10 minutes prior to ET and another 80 patients to have their embryos transferred in IVF-20.Results:The clinical pregnancy rate was 46.0% in experimental group,compared to 38.7% in control group(P>0.05) and the planting rates were 32.7% and 26.4%,respectively.Conclusion:EmbryoGlue is an effective embryo transfer medium,which help to increase pregnant rate. |
