老年急性大面积脑梗塞不同剂量甘露醇治疗研究

目的探讨不同剂量的甘露醇对老年急性大面积脑梗塞患者心肾功能及电解质的影响。方法A组20%甘露醇125ml静脉点滴,每6～8小时1次,共7～15天。B组20%甘露醇250ml静脉点滴,每6～8小时1次,共7～15次。分别观察治疗前后的心肾功能损害及电解质紊乱。结果两种剂量的甘露醇治疗效果无显著差异,但对心肾功能及电解质的影响B组明显大于A组。结论大剂量甘露醇易致心肾功能损害及电解质紊乱。

Investigation of different dose of mannitol for old age acute cerebral infarction patients

objective To find the influence that different that different dose of mannitol to the old age acute cerebral infarction patient's renal function and electrolytes. Method Group A was used 20% mannitol 125ml iv.drip,q6-8h,last for 7-15days.Group B was used 20% mannitol 250ml iv.drip.q6-8h,last for 7-15days.To compare the renal function and the electrolyte disturbances before and after the treatment. Result The efficacy of two treatment doesn't have significant deviation.But the influence to the renal function and the electrolyte disturbances, group B obviously exceeded group A. Conclusion Large dose mannitol causes the damage and disturbances of cardiac and renal function easily.
