直肠癌病人血液流变学变化的研究

目的研究直肠癌病人血液流变学的改变特点。方法选择直肠癌病人67例为实验组,同期健康人员60例为对照组,测定相关血液流变学指标、甘油三酯和胆固醇。结果直肠癌病人的全血粘度、全血还原粘度、血浆粘度、血沉方程K值、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原高于对照组,不同Dukes分期的直肠癌病人其血液流变学改变不一致,全血还原粘度、血浆粘度、血沉方程K值、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原在B、C、D三期均明显升高,而血沉、全血相对粘度仅在某一病理分期升高。结论直肠癌病人存在血液流变学的异常,判断直肠癌病人血液流变学的改变要选择合适的血液流变学指标,血液流变学对于直肠癌的诊断、术前分期有一定的意义。

Study of hemorheology changes in patients with rectal cancer
