乳腺肿物针吸细胞学与组织学对比观察

目的 针吸细胞学作为临床乳腺肿块定性诊断的方法，具有独特的实用价值，但存在假阴性病例。本文旨在提高其诊断准确率，减少假阴性的发生。方法 本文对64例经手术病理组织学证实的针吸细胞学检查乳腺肿物的病例进行细胞学与组织学对比观察。结果 恶性肿瘤56例，细胞学检查确诊36例，可疑12例，符合率85．7％，假阴性8例，占14．3％。良性肿瘤8例，无假阳性。结论 乳腺癌针吸细胞学检查阳性率与其组织学类型有关，但技术因素是影响针吸细胞学诊断阳性率的主要因素，其中包括：抽吸技术、涂片技术及诊断技术。

A Contrast Observation on FNAC and Histology of Breast Tumors

Objective FNAC is a qualitative diagnosis method for breast tumors,and has distinctive practical value.Nevertheless there are some false-negative cases.Our objective is to increase diagnostic accuracy and decrease false-negative results. Methods We collected 64 cases of breast tumors proved by pathologic histology and observed them by comparing FNAC with histology. Results There were 56 cases of malignant tumors,in which 36 cases were confirmed and 12 cases were doubtful, the coincidental rate was 85.7%,and 8 cases were false-negative.There were 8 cases of benign tumors,no false-positive. Conclusions The positive rate of FNAC of breast tumors is associated with pothologic type of the tumors,but main factors which affect positive rate of FNAC are technical agents,such as pumping skills,smearing skill and diagnosis skill.
