基于FPGA的仪用两相步进电动机细分驱动器的设计

摘    要:目的:提出了一种采用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)实现步进电动机恒转矩细分驱动的方法,并主要利用FPGA芯片实现了两相步进电动机细分驱动器的设计。方法:在对两相步进电动机细分驱动原理进行分析研究的基础上,利用FPGA芯片中的嵌入式阵列块(EAB)构成LPM—ROM来存储步进电动机各相细分电流的数据,并把斩波控制电路集成到了FPGA内部。步进电动机采用全桥驱动电路。并选择功耗极低的HIP4081芯片作为H桥驱动芯片。结果:电路通过了仿真.证明了各项功能均能正确实现:实际实现的驱动器也体现了较好的系统稳定性和较高的集成度:简化了应用:只需微控制器提供细分数等参数,就能精确控制步进电动机的运行,特别适用于某些实时控制场合。结论:提出的方法正确、原理清楚、电路可行;实际设计的驱动器可方便地用于仪器中两相步进电动机细分驱动的场合。

Abstract:Objective To introduce a constant torque micro-stepping driving circuit for stepping motor controlled bu FPGA based on the analysis of the principle of stepping motor micro-stepping driving. Methods The micro-stepping driving current of stepping motor can be stored in LPM-ROM which is composed by EAB in FPGA. The step motor used full- bridge circuit and made HIP4081 with low power as H Bridge's Drive chip. Results The circuit simulation demonstrated that all functions can be implemented. The chopper control circuit is integrated into the FPGA itself, greatly enhanced the system integration and stability. The stepping motor can run exactly by using CPU to offer such as micro-stepping numbers, and it will be especially used in real time system. Conclusion The proposed method is correct and clear, the circuit is feasible .The design of stepper motor driver can be applied conveniently to some instruments of two-phase micro- stepping motors.
